I’m Taneia Carroll, better known as Chef Nei, and cooking has been my passion for as long as I can remember. As a child, I dreamed of becoming a pastry chef, but as I explored the culinary world, I fell in love with creating bold, innovative dishes that bring people joy.
Fresh out of high school, I honed my skills at Le Cordon Bleu in Sacramento, where I deepened my love for cooking. More recently, I attended Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, specializing in plant-based cuisine, so I can better serve the vegan community. As a vegan for four years, my goal is to craft delicious, one-of-a-kind meals that excite the taste buds whether you’re plant-based or just looking for amazing flavors.
